How do I register at William Hill Bingo

First visit the website and click on the ‘Join Now’ button, then simply complete the registration form with all your details. Be sure to give them the correct details otherwise you won’t receive any winnings, gifts or prizes!


What are Bingo tickets and how do I purchase them?

A bingo ticket is simply the card on which the numbers are shown. Each game variation comes with its own ticket variation and also the prize of ticket will vary with each game.

If a ticket is available for purchase its price will be clearly displayed on the front of it, ticket details can be seen in the “Purchase Tickets” pop-up window and at the top of the “Ticket Area” in the bingo window. As long as you have set up an account and deposited some money you shouldn’t have any problems buying tickets. Once a game has begun then the ticket will be assigned a unique ticket number.


Is it possible to keep the same card numbers between games?

No, this is not possible; in order to maintain fairness cards are randomly generated when you request them. If you do not like your card numbers then just click on “Get New Cards” to exchange them.


What happens if I have purchased my tickets and I get disconnected from the game?

Don’t worry, if you have a winning card you will still win the game. To check this, simply go to the transactions section of the “My Account” page that will display any winnings. William Hill Bingo recommends that you print out all transaction data, rules of the game, payment methods and terms of conditions for reference.


How do I know if I’ve won Bingo?

You will notice your bingo tickets change colour as it fills up. If you reach bingo you will be automatically notified, there is no need to worry about not noticing a bingo. If you are not in the bingo room don’t worry, the software will calculate your win and put the money into your account.


What are the minimum system requirements?

In order to play at William Hill Bingo you must have Adobe Flash Player v8.0 or above installed on your computer. If this is not already installed you will be notified and asked to download the player (it is free of charge). It is possible to play bingo using Internet Explore v6.0 or above and Firefox v1.5 or above. Cookies must be enabled on the browser.

Are any games other than Bingo available?

Can I place money in my account without quitting a game?

This is not a problem, simply click on the ‘Cashier’ button and you can deposit money in the normal way whilst still playing a game. Thanks to William Hill’s multi-screen function you will not miss out on any of the game action.


How can I withdraw winnings from my account?

Just go to the ‘Banking’ section of the ‘My Account’ page and click on ‘Request Withdrawal’. Depending on which method you choose withdrawal times will vary.
